It's all in the flour...

The foccacia? Not so good, very "crummy"? crumb, not an amazing rise. It basically reminded me of mediocre pizza dough.

I'm hoping that the problem was just that I used all-purpose flour instead of bread - I'll give the recipe one more chance.
